University of New Mexico Signs On With PMC Solutions Software, Consulting Company to Provide Process Management, Improvement
Albuquerque, NM. (PRWEB) February 27, 2008 -- PMC Solutions (PMCS), a business process and project management company headquartered in Albuquerque, is proud to announce that the University of New Mexico has chosen its business process management software, inProcess®, as part of a University-wide initiative to standardize, communicate, and improve the University's processes.
"We've very excited about partnering with PMCS because process mapping using inProcess can help give UNM a consistent, unified approach to quality management," says Jason Blankenship, Senior Human Resources Development Consultant for UNM and project leader. "Through this, our quality management efforts will be enhanced. Plus, PMCS is highly responsive, and we've been impressed with their level of service. We can call them any time and they really deliver. We're looking forward to a long partnership with them."
UNM employees will eventually use a process website built by inProcess. PMCS will also provide inProcess user training to ensure that all UNM process builders can continue further internal process standardization. PMCS Business Process Service Director Leon Spackman will assist the University in improving its current processes, as well.
"It was timely to find PMC Solutions and inProcess software," says Duane Arruti, UNM's Associate Vice President for Human Resources. "The software provides an appealing solution. We did not find anything else on the market that provided all the elements for process mapping in one package. We're excited to have this new system and be on a path to a standard process management approach across the University."
"Additionally, PMCS will automate 50 of UNM's existing processes that reside in a variety of non-standard formats," says Brit Harvey, PMCS Vice President.
